A security deposit must be paid when you make the reservation ( 40% of the amount, mimimum 500$). This deposit will be paid back (less the damages...) within 48Hours after your departure. The deposit must be paid by credit card and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

The total amount must be paid cash or by Interac. It's possible to pay by credit card but a 2% fee will be charged.

The check-in must be done between 16h00 and 20h00. The check-out is before 11:00 the next day.

Cancellation policy : If the cancellation is done more than 4 weeks before the arrival, we keep the deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 4 weeks, the total cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
